Quickscan The quickscan is an excellent tool to organize all Human Resources related issues. Based on the outcome of the quickscan we make an action plan. The quickscan is also very useful when we start with Human Resources outsourcing.
Drive for performance What are the departmental / organizational goals? Are all staff members aware of these goals? Are your managers able to get the maximum out of their staff? Drive for performance will give you the answers. It involves a period where we examine the achieved results and we compare that to your goals and strategy. Using the 'Performance Management Cycle' and' Talent Audits' we make your influence on the organization performance concrete and tangible.
Creating stronger teams This program serves as a bridge between (cultural) differences and gaps within organizations. Management teams, departments and teams with different cultural backgrounds have posted success with this program. Tools like the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) help to discuss (sub)cultures and differences. We create a common language to discuss strengths and weaknesses in teams and create shared goals to align every individual of a team. This program can also be used as development tool to translate the growth potential into individual development plans.
Skill trainings We use skill trainings (leadership, communication, influencing and time management) to train your management and employees to implement the improvements and to receive support in change-making processes.
