Care4HR executes development programs and delivered Human Resources advice to many company in and outside the EU. We feel privileged to execute interesting development programs and to work together with highly motivated people to contribute to the development of organizations, its employees and the customers they serve.

To do something in return to the less fortunate people of India where Care4HR has executed a few development programs we support ‘Investment in Man’ (IIM). IIM is a NGO run by volunteers who lead different projects, such as homes for deserted children, known as ‘Balsadan’. A Balsadan consists of four houses, each house shelters six to eight children and a ‘house mother’. These ‘mothers’ are single women who led a hard existence, together with the children they form a family. The Balsadan is concerned with the children’s education and provides them a future.

Other Investment in Man projects are ‘Balwadies’. Here young handicapped children and mentally disabled children can go to school. IIM also invests in educational projects for children who live in slums and tutors underprivileged teenage mothers about health, hygiene, anti conception. IIM learns this young mothers that they do have possibilities as women in the society of India. For more information, check their website.
