Care4HR and humanity |
|
Care4HR executes development programs and delivers Human Resources advice to airports in India. We do this in corporation with ACTM, an airport advice organization based in Singapore. We feel privileged to execute these interesting development programs and to work together with highly motivated people and to contribute to the development of airports in this region and India in general. 'Balsadan' To do something in return to the less fortunate people of India, Care4HR supports ‘Investment in Man' (IIM). IIM is a NGO run by volunteers who lead different projects, such as homes for deserted children, known as ‘Balsadan'. A Balsadan consists of four houses, each house shelters six to eight children and a ‘house mother'. These ‘mothers' are single women who led a hard existence, together with the children they form a family. The Balsadan is concerned with the children's education and provides them a future. Education Other Investment in Man projects are ‘Balwadies'. Here young handicapped children and mentally disabled children can go to school. IIM also invests in educational projects for children who live in slums and tutors underprivileged teenage mothers about health, hygiene, anti conception. IIM learns this young mothers that they do have possibilities as women in the society of India. If you are moved by these projects and want to make a donation, please contact us.
